Cullen, Insley & Benson, LLP is a limited liability partnership which provides assistance to its clients  through effective counsel and advocacy.  The firm has been serving clients on the Eastern Shore of Maryland since its founding in 1937 and from that date until today, it has been committed to  providing quality and professional legal services to its clients.

One of the oldest law firms on the Lower Eastern Shore, Cullen, Insley & Benson, LLP was  established in 1937 by W. Edgar Porter, who was joined shortly thereafter by Richard E. Cullen, both of whom practiced law in this area for over 50 years.  Wade H. Insley, III, whose family goes back in the history of Salisbury for many generations, became a member of the firm in 1971.  In 1986, Robert A. Benson, having grown up in Somerset County and later having moved to Wicomico County, joined the firm and has been actively practicing with the firm since that date.  Alison I. Getty has been associated with the firm since 2009 and Jordan A. Gilmore joined the firm in 2014 when his solo practice merged with Cullen, Insley & Benson, LLP.

Today, the firm maintains an active general practice in all areas of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland with special emphasis in Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset and Dorchester counties.  Throughout the years, the firm has maintained a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and a commitment to prompt, efficient and attentive service to its clients.
